most airlines have shitty service because they treat their employees like crap and the employees pass it on to the customers. any ual employee will tell? you horror stories about the employee stock owner ship plan that hosed employees out of their retirement. Drive or fly southwest

Just today in Houston, I saw one of the ground crew, with a last min addition to the hold, take a hard case with a huge fragile sign and literally toss it onto the conveyer. Guess they didn’t learn a thing.?

So, I just saw the retaliation video from Ms. Irlweg of United. She is one sick chick!!! And, she only serves to make United look worse than they already do. I attempted to post a comment on her video, but she has her settings so that she has to approve comments before they can be posted – which means that chances are, mine will not be approved. I hope? you managed to take United to the cleaners. I certainly see them in a foul light.
I saw the handler throw my 3 bags of luggage, one bag contained my expensive camera equipment. he? tossed it violently, luckily I had a camera on me, and I filmed him tossing my stuff and I got all of the expensive equipment that was broken replaced
